How we relay to him the importance of maintaining the safety and quality culture of the organization? without overwhelming and overloading him with information?
This tutorial was the first milestone in the new employee training program. After thinking together with the client and internal consulting – we were off ! through study cases we familiarized the worker with the common risks in his future surroundings .
To enhance the connection to the safety culture the mentor of this e-lerning product was Boaz, the organization’s Safety Officer .
