The challenge & solution
In this project, we were asked to teach the employees the Israeli law on the prevention of sexual harassment, the purpose to increase the awareness of employees and managers to the issue and to recognize their rights and obligations in the workplace.
We learned during the characterization phase the law and combined in the Tutorial clear definitions and explanations of the concepts in the law. It was important for us to incorporate a variety of scenarios and examples and also refer to cases that are in the “Grey Area”, and in addition provide practical tools for dealing in the event of sexual harassment.
